Project information:
Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib hospital in Al-Khobar is about two million square feet, with
a capacity of 600 beds, 100 of which are for in- tensive care of all kinds. This hospital
in- cludes more than 450 clinics covering all specialties, and includes two towers, each
consisting of 16 floors, with a height of more than 63 meters, and parking
spaces exceeding 1,600 cars.
Diar scope of work is to perform and deliver the complete following items:
- Diar scope of work is to Redesign and shop drawings for all MEP systems.
The most challenge for this project that the client request to submit the shop
drawings for the whole project in just 4 months including
the composite plans.
